Click & Collect

Our Click & Collect service allows you to purchase items on our website and collect them at any UK store for free. We will keep you updated throughout the process of your order and send you an email once it has been dispatched from our warehouse and another when it is ready to be collected in-store.

HOW MUCH DOES CLICK & COLLECT COST?

Click & Collect is a free service.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE?

Your Click & Collect order should be delivered to your store of choice within 1-3 working days. In busy periods, please allow up to 7 days for your items to arrive in-store.

CAN A FRIEND/FAMILY MEMBER COLLECT MY ORDER?

No. Due to customer security, only the person named on the order can collect the goods once they have provided proof of ID.

HOW DO I USE CLICK & COLLECT?
  1. Place your order online. As part of your checkout process you will be offered the choice of home delivery or Click & Collect. Please select the store you would like your order delivered to.
  2. You will receive an email notifying you that your order has been dispatched from our warehouse. Once your order has reached the store you will receive a further email advising you that it is now ready for collection.
    Please note: If you have not received notification that your order is ready for collection within 4 working days of dispatch, please contact us at support@trespass.com.
  3. To collect your orde,r you will need to bring along proof of ID and a note of your 9-digit order number.
    Please note: Without both of the above the store will be unable to give you your order.
HOW LONG WILL YOU HOLD MY ORDER IN STORE?

Any order that remains uncollected after 28 days will be returned to our warehouse.

CAN I OBTAIN A REFUND/EXCHANGE IN STORE?

No. When you return an item in-store, our Returns team at our Head Office will process your exchange or refund.

You will then be sent an email advising you that your return is complete.

WHAT IF I NO LONGER WANT MY ORDER?

Customers have 14 days (starting from the day after the issue of the receipt) to cancel their purchase, unless it is a purchase of tailor-made or customised products. Order cancellations must be made in writing to our Customer Service department quoting the order number, either by post or email at support@trespass.com. We will provide a full refund but the cancelled items must be returned to us. If we do not receive the cancelled items back, we may arrange to collect them at the customer's cost.
