Our click and collect service allows you to purchase items on our website and collect them at any UK store for free. We will keep you updated throughout the process of your order and send you an email once it has been dispatched from our warehouse and another when it is ready to be collected in-store.

Your Click & Collect order should be delivered to your store of choice within 1-3 working days. In busy periods, please allow up to 7 days for your items to arrive in-store.
No. Due to customer security, only the person named on the order can collect the goods once they have provided proof of ID.
Any order that remains uncollected after 28 days will be returned to our warehouse.
No. When you return an item in-store, our Returns team at our Head Office will process your exchange or refund.
You will then be sent an email advising you that your return is complete.
Customers have 14 days (starting from the day after the issue of the receipt) to cancel their purchase, unless it is a purchase of tailor-made or customised products. Order cancellations must be made in writing to our Customer Service department quoting the order number, either by post or email at email@example.com. We will provide a full refund but the cancelled items must be returned to us. If we do not receive the cancelled items back, we may arrange to collect them at the customer's cost.
