With a wide variety of delivery options available, you can easily choose where you want your items to be sent and at what speed. Additionally, all of our goods are dispatched from our UK warehouse so they get delivered to you as quickly as possible.

Exclusions

Due to courier restrictions, Express Delivery is not available for Scottish Islands, Isle of Man, BFPO and Northern Ireland.

Delays may be experienced during certain times of the year i.e. Bank holidays, during the sale times and seasonal holidays.

Deliveries to remote areas of the country may take longer than the times specified.

WHERE WILL TRESPASS DELIVER GOODS?

Trespass currently delivers to the UK.

WHAT DELIVERY METHOD DOES TRESPASS USE?

We use Royal Mail and Parcel Force for UK home deliveries. We also provide a UK wide Click & Collect service to deliver to your nearest Trespass store.

WHAT IF I'M NOT HOME TO TAKE MY ORDER?

It's not always possible to wait in for a delivery and for that reason we allow all customers to provide an alternative shipping address to that of their billing address. We also provide a Click & Collect service to your nearest store.

If the delivery driver is unable to deliver the package to you, or to a neighbour, they will leave a calling card detailing your options to arrange a new delivery or the depot where you can pick it up.

MISSING/DAMAGED PARCELS

As most parcels will reach their destination within 10 days, we are unable to answer queries on your delivery before this time. If this time has passed and you have still not received your parcel, please contact Customer Service remembering to include your order number within your message as this will help us speed up the search for your order.

If we are unable to locate your parcel, we will send you a 'Missing Parcel Claim Form' to sign and return which will act as a declaration of your claim. Upon receipt of your declaration, we will investigate the claim and advise you of the outcome within 5 working days. If appropriate, a refund will be issued to you.
