 Design Admin Assistant

Trespass epitomises affordability and quality within all of its products and has established itself as a destination both online and across their growing 200+ high street stores.  Rapid growth across key sales channels has resulted in the need to further strengthen the Design team and they now have an opening for a Design Admin Assistant. 

 Core responsibilities

  • Responsible for setting up styles – Axapta
  • Raise purchase orders
  • Handle department administrative duties
  • Liaise with international suppliers
  • Produce data reports

 Personal Specification

  • Experience of Microsoft dynamics would be an advantage
  • Experience in Microsoft office packages
  • Experience in customs tariff would be an advantage
  • Experience in clothing industry would be an advantage
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent organising skills
  • Working closely with the design team / working as part of a team and individually
  • Ability to prioritise workload and work well under pressure to tight deadlines
