E-commerce Executive

 

Continued growth across key online channels, has resulted in the need to further strengthen the existing web management team.  With proven success across our various E-commerce channels, we now have an exciting opening for an E-commerce executive to help with the development and maintenance of one of our key websites. 

In this highly commercial role, you’ll help coordinate a small but dedicated team, sharing your passion for online retailing. You’ll help reinforce our position in a way which makes the customers buying experience, efficiency of order fulfilment and aftercare support stand out from the competition.

While ongoing website and E-commerce optimisation is at the heart of everything we do, you will also be at the core of helping implement new online developments that continue to push the business forward.  E-commerce is more than just web design and for that reason we’re looking for open minded individuals who are up for the challenge of helping implement anything from a new courier service to a new online market place.

 

The Role

  • Participating in the planning & development of online strategy
  • Developing & implementing departmental process
  • Supervising the day to day running of the website
  • Meet E-commerce service providers on a regular basis to ensure service levels are adhered to
  • Regular analysis and reporting of website data
  • Overseeing the development and launch of marketing campaigns and new projects

 

Experience

  • Understanding of the E-commerce industry
  • Educated to degree level
  • At least 1 year of experience working in a similar role (Desirable)
  • Experience of supervising a team (Desirable)
