Returns & Exchanges

Should you wish to return your items, we have a convenient and hassle-free returns and exchange service to help you find the perfect product. We offer a reduced returns cost with Collect Plus and Royal Mail so you can return or exchange your items quickly and conveniently.

 Please Note: We ask that you return any unwanted items within 21 days of their purchase.

Return by Post

The cost of returning items by post will be deducted from your refund (unless the goods are faulty or an incorrect item has been sent).

  1. Visit www.trespass.com/RMA and follow the instructions on-screen to obtain your RMA code.
  2. Write your RMA code in the space provided in your Dispatch Note. This section of the Dispatch Note must be returned with your item.
  3. Attach the Royal Mail returns label, located on your Dispatch Note, to the outside of your parcel, enclosing the bottom section of the Dispatch Note.
  4. Take the parcel along to your local Post Office and don't forget to ask for proof of postage.

We will update you via email once your return has been processed.

Return by Collect+

The cost of returning items by Collect+ will be deducted from your refund (unless the goods are faulty or an incorrect item has been sent).

  1. Visit www.trespass.com/RMA and follow the instructions on-screen to obtain your RMA code.
  2. Write your RMA code in the space provided in your Dispatch Note. This section of the Dispatch Note must be returned with your item.
  3. Visit: www.collectplus.co.uk/trespass and follow the instructions to obtain your returns label.
  4. Print off and attach the Collect+ returns label to the outside of your parcel and enclose the bottom section of the Dispatch Note.
  5. Take the parcel along to your local Collect+ store and don't forget to ask for proof of postage.

Return to Store

With stores UK-wide, you can quickly and easily return your items to us for free.

  1. Visit www.trespass.com/RMA and follow the instructions on-screen to obtain your RMA code.
  2. Write your RMA code in the space provided in your Dispatch Note.
  3. Take your goods and Dispatch Note to your nearest Trespass store.

We will update you via email once your return has been processed.

Please Note: Due to the varying product ranges across stores, we are not able to offer exchanges or refunds in-store.

How long do I have to return my online order?

As stated above, we request that you return any unwanted items within 21 days of the delivery being processed.

Do I have to pay for my return?

We are sorry but we do not offer free returns unless the item is faulty or has been sent incorrectly.

Your Dispatch Note includes a prepaid address label to attach to your parcel. On receipt of your return, we will deduct £3.00 from your total refund.

If you opt for an exchange, you will not be charged for using the prepaid label and we will send your replacements without charge.

Returning items to our stores is free.

Can I return my online order to my local Trespass store?

Yes, you can.

  1. Use our Store Locator to find your nearest Trespass store.
  2. Visit www.trespass.com/RMA and complete the RMA process.
  3. Write the RMA number on your Dispatch Note and take this along with your item(s) to your nearest Trespass store.

Once you have taken the parcel to our store, the staff will check the item(s) over and book in your return. Please ensure that you bring all of the goods listed on your return request to your chosen store. Staff will be unable to process the return if any items are missing.

Our Returns team at the Head Office will then process your exchange or refund and you will receive an email confirming the process is complete.

Please Note: Neither exchanges nor refunds are carried out in-store. Refunds will be made to the original card used to make the purchase and will become visible on your bank statement within 10 days, depending on your card issuer. The following stores do not accept Click & Collect returns:

  1. Portsmouth (Gunwharf Quays)
  2. Enfield
Can I return an item outside the returns period?

If you return your purchase by post or courier after the outlined 21-day period (with the exception of faulty or incorrect goods), we reserve the right to withhold any refund.

We may instead return your purchase to you at your cost.

How long will it take to process my return?

Returns are typically processed within 4 days after we have recieved the items.

We will confirm by email that the return has been processed. Please allow sufficient time for your card issuer to make the funds available. It may take up to 10 days for refunds to show on your account. This timeframe is dictated by your bank or card issuer and we have no control over it.

Refunds are always issued back to the original card.

Delays to our returns system are possible during peak season, although we will always work to complete your request as soon as possible.

When will I receive my exchange?

Exchanges are typically processed within 4 days of receipt of the item(s).

We are only able to offer an alternative size as an exchange.

Please place a new order if alternative items or colours are required and return the original item to us for a refund.

You've sent me the wrong item.

If you have been sent the wrong item, please contact us straight away so that we can get the correct item to you as soon as possible.

My parcel has arrived damaged, can you help?

If your parcel arrives in a damaged condition, where possible, please take a picture and contact our Customer Service department.

I've lost my Dispatch Note, what can I do?

If you have misplaced your Dispatch Note containing your free Returns label, please contact Customer Service.

Which products are excluded from your returns and exchange policy?

Certain products may have a different returns policy. This is normally stated within the product description. 

Base layer bottoms and sets are classed as undergarments and for hygiene reasons are non-returnable unless faulty.

Can I cancel my purchase?

Customers have 14 days (beginning from the day after the issue of the receipt) to cancel their purchase unless it is a purchase of tailor-made or customised products. Order cancellations must be made in writing to Customer Service quoting the order number, either by post or email via support@trespass.com. We will provide a full refund but the cancelled items must be returned to us. If we do not receive the cancelled items back, we may arrange to collect them at the customer's cost.
