Continued growth across key online channels, has resulted in the need to further strengthen the existing management team. They now have an exciting opening for an Ecommerce Operations Executive responsible for developing, managing, and continuously improving business and financial processes that support the global eCommerce capability and operations.
The critical areas of focus for this role include financial processes, service supplier management, and customer fulfilment and aftercare operations.
While ongoing website and sales channel development is the key to driving sales, your part will be just as crucial as you work alongside the online marketing team and insure their work is integrated into existing business practices. Ecommerce is more than just marketing and for that reason they’re looking for open minded individuals who recognise good ideas are only the first step and in order for them to be a true success need to be integrated and optimised within a business.
Participating in the planning & development of online strategy
Developing & implementing departmental process
Regular analysis and reporting of departmental accounts
Supervising the day to day running of the customer experience team
Establish agreements with new suppliers and manage existing service to ensure service levels are adhered to
Understanding of the ecommerce/mail-order industry
Educated to degree level in business, accounting, operations or related field of study
At least 2 years’ experience of working in a similar role
Strong attention to detail, combined with strategic thinking
Ability to understanding complex and unfamiliar issues or processes in a highly ambiguous environment
