German Speaking Online Marketplace Administrator – Head Office in Glasgow

Primary Function: - Be responsible for developing our business on marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay, Zalando and Otto through the creation of product campaigns and promotions based on the analysis of sales data, stocks and order trends.

Trespass are a prize winning outdoor clothing company with its headquarters based near the city centre of Glasgow. To allow the business to continue their growth online, we are looking for an Online Marketplace Administrator to work our German online channels as part of our in-house team.

The ideal person will have demonstrable experience of online revenue growth preferably through online marketplaces, primarily being able to recognise and capitalise on the various opportunities available. We are looking for a people person who isn’t afraid of asking questions to get the information they need to get their job done, and can demonstrate experience of campaign management from creation to execution.

The main duties & responsibilities of the role are the following:

  • Analysis of marketplace data to highlight areas of opportunity
  • Forecasting of stock ensuring top sellers are available at key points in the year
  • Ongoing management and optimising of individual product pages
  • Gain a detailed understanding of the various components of our marketplace operation.
  • Take ownership for creating appropriate schedules and reports to ensure transparency and relevant communication to all stakeholders.
