Rückzahlungen erfolgen ausschliesslich in Form der ursprünglichen Zahlung.

Momentan bieten wir keinen Umtausch an, da dieser Prozess zu zeitaufwendig sein kann. Bitte senden Sie stattdessen die nicht erwünschten Artikel aus Ihrer Bestellung oder die gesamte Bestellung zurück (wir erstatten die Kaufpreise), und bestellen Sie neu.

Unerwünschte Ware, Mangelhafte Ware & Ware die nicht zurückgegeben werden kann

Wurde Ihnen ein falscher Artikel gesendet kontaktieren Sie uns bitte umgehend, damit wir Ihnen den richtigen Artikel so schnell wie möglich zustellen können.

Sollte ein Artikel beschädigt zugestellt worden sein bitten wir Sie, wenn möglich, ein Photo zu machen und unseren Kundendienst zu kontaktieren.

Für unterschiedliche Produkte bestehen unterschiedliche Rückgaberegelungen. Angaben hierzu finden Sie üblicherweise in der Produktbeschreibung. Base Layers zum Beispiel werden als Unterwäsche eingestuft und sind aus hygienischen Gründen von der Rücksendung ausgenommen - außer sie wurden fehlerhaft angeliefert. Verbraucherwiderrufsrecht

Zusätzlich zu unseren Rückgabebedingungen haben Kunden aus dem EU Raum, unter dem Fernabsatzrecht, 14 Tage Zeit (ab dem Tag nach Eingang der Bestellung), um den Einkauf zu stornieren (es sei denn, es ist ein Kauf maßgeschneiderter Produkte). Stornierungen müssen schriftlich vorgenommen und an unseren Kundendienst gerichtet werden, entweder per Post oder per E-Mail an support@trespass.com. In diesem Fall erstatten wir den Kaufbetrag, Sie müssen aber die schon gesendete Ware an uns zurücksenden. Sollten Sie die Ware nicht zurücksenden nehmen wir gegebenenfalls eine Abholung vor, für die Sie dann die Kosten tragen müssen.

 Wie Sie Zurücksenden

1. Füllen Sie die Ihrer Sendung beigefügten Rücksendeformulare aus. Bitte denken Sie daran Ihre Bestellnummer einzutragen.

2. Verpacken Sie die Ware soweit möglich in der Originalverpackung und senden Sie diese innerhalb von 14 Tagen ab Erhalt an unsere Retourenabteilung.

3. Sie müssen die Gebühren für die Rücksendung der Ware selbst tragen, ausser die Ware wurde fehlerhaft angeliefert oder ein falscher Artikel wurde geliefert. Wir empfehlen die Verwendung unseres erschwinglichen Service-Partners DPD. DPD bietet Details zur Rücksendeadresse in Ihrem Land sowie die Möglichkeit des Druckens eines Rücksende-Etiketts an.

Une fois le traitement du remboursement effectué, veuillez accorder suffisamment de temps à votre émetteur de carte afin de rendre les fonds disponibles.  Votre remboursement apparaîtra dans votre compte dans un délai de 10 jours ouvrés.

Le type de remboursement que vous recevez dépend du mode de paiement utilisé au moment de la validation de votre commande.

Afin d’éviter un long processus, nous ne proposons pas de remplacements à l’heure actuelle.  Il serait préférable de nous renvoyer les articles indésirables pour un remboursement intégral, et passer une nouvelle commande.

Mauvais articles, articles endommagés et produits non retournables

Au cas où vous auriez reçu un mauvais article, veuillez nous contacter dès que possible afin que nous vous envoyions le bon produit dans les plus brefs délais.

Certains produits sont soumis à des politiques de retours particulières. Celle-ci est normalement indiquée dans la description du produit.  Par exemple, pour des raisons d’hygiène, les sous-vêtements ne sont pas retournables sauf s’ils sont défectueux. Votre droit de rétractation

Outre la possibilité de bénéficier du délai de 14 jours conformément à notre politique de retours, vous disposez aussi du droit de rétractation prévu par la loi.  Conformément à la Règlementation de Vente à Distance, les consommateurs de l’Union Européenne disposent d’un délai de 14 jours, commençant le jour après la réception du produit, pour annuler leur achat, à l’exception des articles personnalisés / faits sur mesure.
Afin d’exercer votre droit de rétractation, veuillez écrire à notre Service Clientèle par poste ou courriel à support@trespass.com, exprimant clairement votre souhait d’annuler votre commande en indiquant le numéro de commande.  Dès que nous serons informés de votre droit de rétractation, nous vous rembourserons l’intégralité de la commande spécifiée.  Toutefois, vous devrez nous renvoyer le/les articles de la commande annulée. Au cas où vous ne nous retournez pas le produit, nous pourrons décider d’en assurer la collecte à votre domicile, à vos frais.

Retourner un article

1. Remplir le formulaire de Retours inclus dans votre colis, en indiquant clairement le numéro de la commande

2. Emballer soigneusement le/les produits concernés dans leur emballage d’origine, si possible, et envoyer à notre Service de Retours dans un délai de 14 jours, après réception de votre commande.  Assurez-vous d’inclure le formulaire de Retours dans le colis.

Zusätzlich zu unseren Rückgabebedingungen haben Kunden aus dem EU Raum, unter dem Fernabsatzrecht, 14 Tage Zeit (ab dem Tag nach Eingang der Bestellung), um den Einkauf zu stornieren (es sei denn, es ist ein Kauf maßgeschneiderter Produkte). I resi vengono normalmente mandati avanti entro 4 giorni dal ricevimento della merce.

Se avete un indirizzo e-mail registrato con il vostro codice cliente, vi manderemo una e-mail di conferma che il reso è in fase di elaborazione. Dopo aver accreditato l’importo, l’accredito risulterà sulla vostra carta a seconda della tempistica adottata da chi gestisce la carta in vostro possesso.  Normalmente ci vogliono 10 giorni. Prawo do anulowania zamówienia

Zgodnie z Dyrektywa Parlamentu Europejskiego w sprawie ochrony konsumentów w przypadku umów zawieranych na odległość, klienci z EU maja 14 dni (od dnia otrzymania produktu) na anulowanie zamówienia (z wyłącznością niestandardowych zamówień). Żądanie anulowania zamówienia musi być dokonane na piśmie i zaadresowane do naszego działu obsługi klienta wraz z numerem zamówienia. Żądanie to może być wysłane drogą elektroniczną na adres support@trespass.com lub pocztą (adres poniżej). Po otrzymaniu Państwa żądania, koszty zakupionego produktu zostaną zwrócone na konto bankowe lub konto karty kredytowej, a w Państwa obowiązku jest zwrócenie produktu do siedziby firmy w Glasgow. Jeśli towar ten nie zostanie zwrócony, firma Trespass poczyni stosowne kroki z w celu odzyskania towaru.

Jak dokonać zwrotu

1. Należy wypełnić dokument zwrotu dołączony do przesyłki. Prosimy pamiętać o umieszczeniu numeru zamówienia na formularzu.

2. Prosimy o zapakowanie towaru, w miarę możliwości, w oryginalne opakowanie i odesłanie go do naszego oddziału w ciągu 14 dni od daty otrzymania produktu.

3. Towar jest zwracany na Państwa koszt.  Jeśli produkt jest uszkodzony albo nieprawidłowy,  koszty przesyłki zwrotnej będą pokryte przez firmę Trespass. Radzimy przesłać towar jako przesyłkę rejestrowaną, gdyż umożliwia to sprawdzanie aktualnego statusu przesyłki.

El proceso de devoluciones

Devoluciones son normalmente procesadas dentro de 4 días del su recibo a nuestro almacén.

Si usted tiene una dirección de correo registrada a su cuenta, nosotros le mandaremos directamente una confirmación que su devolución ha sido recibida y será procesada. Después del proceso de la devolución, usted necesitara esperar un plazo suficiente para que la banca de su carta de crédito le haya devuelto sus fondos en su cuenta.  Usted debería dejar hasta 10 días para que sus fondos estén devueltos en su cuenta.
Este plazo está puesto por su banca y nosotros no tenemos ningún control sobre el plazo de reembolso a su cuenta.

Reembolsos  siempre se realizan en la misma manera en que hemos recibido el pagamento original.

Actualmente no podemos ofrecer cambios de mercancía dado que el tiempo requerido para hacer cambios es muy largo. Por eso, usted debería devolver los productos no requeridos por un reembolso y después volver a hacer un nuevo pedido.

Productos enviados por error, dañados o en mal estado 

Si usted ha recibido un producto equivocado que usted no había pedido, por favor, mete en contacto con nosotros en seguida,  para que nosotros podamos enviarle el producto correcto lo más antes posible.

Si el producto le ha llegado a usted en condiciones inaceptables, por favor, si es posible, se debe hacer una foto de la mercancía y meter en contacto con nuestro departamento de asistencia al cliente.

Ciertos productos tienen un proceso de devolución diferente. Esto normalmente está incluido en la descripción del producto. Por ejemplo, los productos de linea base layers se clasifican como íntimo y por razones de higiene se clasifican como prendas que no se puede devolver con la excepción del caso en que las prendas llegan en malas condiciones. Usted se puede leer nuestras reglas de devoluciones y anulaciones en nuestras condiciones de venta.

El derecho del cliente de anular su pedido

En adición a nuestras reglas de devoluciones, según las regulaciones de los leyes de la Unión Europea por ventas a distancia, los clientes dentro la Unión Europea tienen 14 días ( desde la fecha del día después del día del recibo) hasta que ellos pueden anular su compra (con la excepción de un pedido a especificación / personalizado). Si usted quisiera anular un pedido, usted tiene que hacerlo por escrito y enviado a nuestro departamento de asistencia al cliente dando su número del pedido,  y enviándolo por correos normal o por correo electrónico vía  support@trespass.com.
En este caso, nosotros haremos un reembolso completo, siempre que los productos anulados están devueltos a nosotros. Si nosotros no recibimos los productos anulados, es posible que nosotros organizamos una recogida de la mercancía al cargo de usted.

Como hacer una devolución

1. Rellenar la carta de devolución incluida en su envio original.  Importante – se debe recordar a poner su número del pedido.

2. Preparar los productos de la devolución en su caja original, si es posible,  y mandar la caja  a nuestro departamento de devoluciones dentro de 14 días desde la fecha  del recibo del pedido.

3. Mercancia esta devuelta al coste de usted, con la excepción de un producto devuelto por razones de mal estado o que nosotros lo hemos enviado por error. Nosotros recomendamos un servicio de courier que se llama DPD. DPD ofrece detalles de una dirección localizada en su país y acceso a imprimir una etiqueta de dirección por la caja de la devolución.
