We have an expanding Retail Division of more than 250 shops with adjoining e-commerce website and require a Senior Digital Designer to drive the development of the brand online and act as lead creative on upcoming marketing campaigns.

Delivering a mixture of fresh digital content that’s customer focused, innovative and on-brand.
Champion brand consistency across our digital team of Graphic Designers, Photographers and Videographer.
Organise and deliver upon multiple priority briefs.
Take ownership of creative for brand events and marketing campaigns, creating multiple concepts where necessary.
Be able to identify areas of opportunity to work with freelance support, and manage our work with them effectively.
Be responsible for the delivery of printed material for ecommerce marketing campaigns, identifying partners who deliver excellent quality and value for money.
Transparently communicate work schedules to demonstrate effective prioritisation of work
Working collaboratively with marketers to create an achievable marketing campaign calendar for the retail year.
Always stay ahead of the curve by researching new techniques and technology, and identifying areas for personal development.
Your Key Skills:
At least 3 years of digital design experience (Exceptions made to those with a strong portfolio of work).
Advanced working knowledge of experiential design and brand development
Working experience of large-scale creative driven projects that have a ‘multi-channel’ impact
Comprehensive understanding of print & digital design.
Advanced knowledge of graphic fundamentals such as layouts, typography & limitations of both physical and digital medium.
Effective time management with the ability to multi-task on a number of projects at once.
Out of the box thinker with the drive to constantly improve and push the boundaries.
Desirable - Highly skilled in the Adobe suite of products, but happy to build software and equipment around the right candidate.
