What is your returns policy for orders bought in store?
You can return any unwanted items to your local Trespass store within 21 days of the original purchase, providing that they are in the condition you received them in, with all tags attached. If you have proof of purchase, please bring it with you. If not, please contact your local store.
How do I leave feedback?
If you would like to give us feedback you can either tell us in-store or click here. We are unable to send confirmation once we have received your comments but your feedback is important to us and will be looked into.
What do I do if my item is faulty?
Can I get a refund if the price has changed since I ordered it?
If you are order an item which then changes in price after your order has been placed, we are unable to refund the difference. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
How can I purchase a gift voucher?
You can purchase a gift voucher at the till point in your local Trespass store.
Can I use my credit note or gift voucher in-store?
Yes, you can use your credit note or gift voucher as part or full payment for items purchased in one of our UK Trespass stores. Unfortunately, you cannot use vouchers in franchise stores, concessions or our website.
What’s my guarantee?
Trespass products come with a 12 month guarantee from the date of purchase.
Can you tell me if you're getting an item back in stock?
Unfortunately, we are unable to inform customers when items come back into stock. You can check our website in order to see if your item is available.
Can I check what stores have the items I'm looking for?
You are able to phone your local Trespass store to check if your item is in stock. Please click here to see your nearest store.
