Important: Please note that, due to social distancing measures implemented at our returns warehouse in response to COVID-19, we are experiencing a slight delay in processing and issuing refunds and exchanges from our warehouse.

What is your Covid returns policy?

Refunds, Replacements and Exchanges will be given in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

In response to lockdown restrictions we have made changes to our returns policy;

Items purchased from Trespass stores that have been impacted by lockdown restrictions, can be returned to store within 14 days, when restrictions allow your local store to open. This additional 14 days will also cover any items being returned within warranty. To protect the safety of our staff and give our full backing to government guidelines on social distancing, we are not offering postal returns for store purchases.

Unfortunately, unless face coverings, swimwear, underwear, baselayers or socks purchased online are faulty, we are unable for hygiene reasons to accept a return, provide a refund or exchange any of these products if the original packaging and/ or hygiene seal has been removed or broken.

What is your returns policy for online orders?

To return any items please read our terms and conditions below:

  • You can return any item for a refund within 21 days of receiving your original order, your refund will be processed by our customer care team not by the store.
  • You can also exchange your item within 21 days; however, we can only change this for an alternative size of the original product you ordered.
  • Your exchange request will be posted to your original delivery address from our warehouse - If the item is out of stock in the size you have opted for, then a refund will be issued instead.
  • We'll send your replacement to the original delivery address.
  • We'll refund the price you purchased your item at - this includes sale items.
  • All goods will be inspected on return.
  • The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure it’s packed up properly and can’t get damaged on the way.
  • We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake.
  • We try hard to accept all returns and they don’t need to be in the original box or bag, as long as they're securely packed. Where possible, returned items should include tags and any packaging e.g. shoes should be returned with the original shoe box.
  • In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you.
  • Returns into our Trespass stores are free. If you use our returns label we will retain £3.00 from your refund cost.

  • Did you order from Trespass eBay or Trespass Amazon? If so, please contact the seller directly for return address and instructions.
  • 2 for £20 T-shirts promotion - If for any reason you wish to return BOTH items purchased you will be refunded the promotion offer price. However, if you wish to return only one out of the two items, the promotion will no longer be valid and you will be refunded the difference of the full price item to the promotion price.

    How do I return something bought in a Trespass store to you?

    You can return any unwanted items to your local Trespass store within 21 days of the original purchase, providing that they are in the condition you received them in, with all tags attached. If you have proof of purchase, please bring it with you. If not, please contact your local store.

    How do I return something bought online to you?

    You can return items to us by post for only £3.00.

    The cost of returning items by post will be deducted from your refund (unless the goods are faulty or an incorrect item has been sent).

    1. Complete and tear off the returns form and enclose with your unwanted items.
    2. Attach the Royal Mail returns label, located on your Dispatch Note, to the outside of your parcel, enclosing the bottom section of the Dispatch Note.
    3. Take the parcel along to your local Post Office and don't forget to ask for proof of postage.

    We will update you via email once your return has been processed.

    Return to your local Asda Store for only £3.00

    You can return your parcels at over 600 Asda stores!

    The cost of returning items at an Asda store will be deducted from your refund (unless the goods are faulty or an incorrect item has been sent).

    Here’s how to return at Asda:

    1. If you have received an Asda toyou return label with your parcel, please attach this label to your parcel. If not, visit the toyou website here to print a label at home or you can print one in an Asda store.
    2. Take your labelled parcel to the toyou signposted returns point or hand to a colleague at your most convenient Asda store; remember to include your returns note!
    3. Asda toyou will do the rest
    4. Remember to keep hold of your receipt to track your parcel, which you can do here

    Return to Store for free

    With stores UK wide, you can quickly and easily return your items to us for free, just take your goods and Dispatch Note to your nearest Trespass Store.

    Please note: Due to the varying product ranges across stores we are not able to offer exchanges or refunds in store.

    How do I return Trespass goods bought from a 3rd party store or website? E.G. Argos, Debenhams etc

    For any Trespass items that have been purchased from a 3rd party, please contact the sellers Customer Service Department directly.

    Have you received my returned items?

    It can usually take up to 10 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) from the date of your return for your parcel to be delivered back to our warehouse and processed.

    Once your return has been complete, we’ll send you an email letting you know whether a refund or exchange has been processed. This is usually within 1 day of your return being received in our warehouse.

    Any refund will be automatically issued to the payment method you used to place your original order. This typically takes 5 working days, depending on your payment method issuer.

    If you’ve returned more than one order in the same parcel, please allow 24 hours for all your returns to be completed.

    If your return has not reached us after 10 working days, please track your items to see their status. If you have still not received your refund or exchange please get in touch here.

    Can I return an item for an exchange instead of a refund?

    If you are looking to return a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us here to arrange this.

    You can return your items for an exchange within 21 days.

    If the item you wish to exchange is out of stock in the size you require, then a refund will be processed instead.

    If you want a different item, the item you want is sold under a different product code, or the item you want is a different price to the price at which you bought the original product, then you’ll need to return the unwanted item for a refund and place a new order.

    When returning your order, please ensure to note the following detail on your returns note:

    • Your order number
    • Which items you would like to exchange or refund
    • The new size you’d like of the item(s) to be exchanged

    If you have not indicated on your returns note that you’d like an item exchanged or the new size or colour required, then we’ll contact you.

    We offer 3 different returns options for UK customers. For more information on how each of these services work, please see below:

    • Royal Mail – Return via your nearest Post Office for only £3.00.
    • In store – Return via your nearest Trespass for free.

    If these returns options are not suitable then you can make your own arrangements through any postal carrier. Please note you’ll have to cover the postage costs yourself if you choose to make your own arrangements.

    Once we have received your return we will send you an email outlining any details regarding refunded or exchanged items. If an item is out of stock, we will inform you that we could not exchange it and issue a refund instead. If an exchange is available, we will send you another email once your new item has left our warehouse.

    We will send any exchanged items to the original delivery address via the same delivery service as your original order.

    If we have issued you with a refund, please wait up to 5 working days for the amount to appear in your account, depending on your bank/card issuer.

    What’s my guarantee?

    Trespass products are guaranteed for 12 months when purchased directly from Trespass, If your item was purchased from a 3rd party please contact them directly. Any goods which are returned to our Quality Assurance team for testing must be in clean condition & proof of purchase must be included with your return.
