Refund Policy

We hope you love your new purchase, however, if for any reason you need to return an item, you can within 21 days of the original delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, your item must unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Your proof of purchase is also required. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we will send this back to you.

Additionally, should you send us a non-Trespass item, we cannot be held responsible for this item.

You can return unwanted items to us by post for only £3.00.

The cost of returning items by post will be deducted from your refund (unless the goods are faulty, or an incorrect item has been sent).

  1. Complete the returns form online here.
  2. Attach your returns label to the outside of your parcel.
  3. Take the parcel along to your local Post Office or Asda store and don't forget to ask for proof of postage.

We will update you via email once your return has been processed.

Return to Store for Free

With stores UK wide, you can quickly and easily return your items to us for free, just take your goods and Order number to your nearest Trespass Store.

Please note: Due to the varying product ranges across stores we are not able to offer exchanges or refunds in store for online orders.

Faulty Items

Please email our customer support team with your proof of purchase/online order number along with images of the product and details of the fault.

If the item has been purchased from a Trespass store, please return the item and your till receipt to any local Trespass store and the store staff will be able to assist you with this.

Any items purchased from a third-party retailer, please contact the retailer direct as we cannot help with any warranty claims for these. This includes, Amazon/eBay, please use the contact seller function on their platform.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. When approved, we will refund the order to the original payment method, please allow 10 working days for this to be credited.

How do I return from the United States?

When returning any item bought at trespass.com from the US.

What is your returns policy for online orders?

To return any items please read our terms and conditions below:

  • You can return any item for a refund within 21 days of receiving your original order.
  • We'll refund the price you purchased your item at - this includes sale items.
  • All goods will be inspected on return.
  • The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure it’s packed up properly and can’t get damaged on the way.
  • We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake.
  • We try hard to accept all returns as long as they're securely packed. Returned items should include tags and any packaging e.g. shoes should be returned with the original shoe box.
  • In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you.
  • Returns into our Trespass stores are free. If you use our returns label we will retain £3.00 from your refund cost.

  • Did you order from Trespass eBay or Trespass Amazon? If so, please contact the seller directly for return address and instructions.
  • 2 for £X set price promotions - If for any reason you wish to return BOTH items purchased you will be refunded the promotion offer price. However, if you wish to return only one out of the two items, the promotion will no longer be valid and you will be refunded the difference of the full price item to the promotion price.

How do I return something bought in a Trespass store to you?

You can return any unwanted items to your local Trespass store within 21 days of the original purchase, providing that they are in the condition you received them in, with all tags attached. If you have proof of purchase, please bring it with you. If not, please contact your local store.

How do I return something bought online to you?

Return to your local Asda Toyou Store for only £3.00.

You can return your parcels at over 600 Asda stores!

The cost of returning items at an Asda store will be deducted from your refund (unless the goods are faulty or an incorrect item has been sent).

Here’s how to return at Asda:

  1. If you have received an Asda toyou return label with your parcel, please attach this label to your parcel. If not, visit the to you website here to print a label at home or you can print one in an Asda store.
  2. Take your labelled parcel to the toyou signposted returns point or hand to a colleague at your most convenient Asda store; remember to include your returns note!
  3. Asda toyou will do the rest
  4. Remember to keep hold of your receipt to track your parcel, which you can do here.

Asda Online Grocery - Parcel Returns Service:

Asda toyou are offering a new returns service for customers using our Asda Online Grocery service. This will allow you to return your parcels with your Grocery Home Delivery Driver.

This is being offered at 300 stores across the UK.

How does it work?

Present your QR Code or labelled parcel to the Asda driver and we will do the rest. Simple!

  1. Convenient service with no extra costs
  2. No need to book a slot for a returns pick up
  3. Helps reduces the carbon footprint and saves you an extra journey

Collection of Returns at Home

Open the door to easy returns with Parcel Collect

Would you like to return an item in the comfort of your home, workplace or even a safeplace? Let’s make life easier for you! By using Parcel Collect through Royal Mail, you can return any item to us in five simple steps. Follow the step by step guide below.

  1. Create your returns label online here.
  2. Once you’ve created your label, download and print your return label. Select and book your slot for collection.
  3. Follow the link and enter your Royal Mail tracking number from the returns label you have generated above and follow instructions to arrange your collection. Select a date and time that is most convenient for you.
  4. Put your returns label on the outside of the packaging (please note: this must be printed as the driver cannot scan the barcode)
  5. Have your parcel ready for your nominated collection date and time.

You pay no upfront cost for Parcel Collect. Instead, £3.00 will be retained from your refund. If you return a faulty item with Parcel Collect, you will be refunded the full amount for the item.

How do I return Trespass goods bought from a 3rd party store or website?

For any Trespass items that have been purchased from a 3rd party, please contact the sellers Customer Service Department directly.

Have you received my returned items?

It can usually take up to 10 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) from the date of your return for your parcel to be delivered back to our warehouse and processed.

Once your return has been complete, we’ll send you an email letting you know whether a refund or exchange has been processed. This is usually within 1 day of your return being received in our warehouse.

Any refund will be automatically issued to the payment method you used to place your original order. This typically takes 5 working days, depending on your payment method issuer.

If you’ve returned more than one order in the same parcel, please allow 24 hours for all your returns to be completed.

If your return has not reached us after 10 working days, please track your items to see their status. If you have still not received your refund or exchange please get in touch here.

Can I return an item for an exchange instead of a refund?

We do not currently offer an exchange service for our online orders. Simply return your item(s) for a refund and reorder should you wish a replacement.

How do I return from the US?

When returning any item bought at trespass.com from the US.
