The buckle the velcro loops through has broken after only a couple of weeks. I have emailed customer support but they haven't come back to me. I bought them as I have a trip to Lapland next week and I need snow boots for then. I have ordered another pair from another company and I am now waiting for the details so I can return these and hopefully get a refund without too much hassle.
