We aim to dispatch goods within 24 hours of ordering, if placed between Monday – Thursday. Delays may be experienced during certain times of the year e.g bank holidays, during sale times and seasonal holidays. Deliveries to more remote areas of a country may take longer than the time specified.

Trespass use a courier who offer a track and trace service.
A tracking number will be provided for each order which will be emailed once the order has been dispatched.
If you have a problem with a delivery or with goods damaged in transit, send us an email to support@trespass.com (all emails are typically answered within 2 working days).It’s not always possible to wait in for a delivery and for that reason we allow all customers to provide an alternative shipping address to that of their billing address.
If the delivery driver is unable to deliver the package to you, or a neighbour, they will leave a calling card detailing your options to arrange a new delivery or the depot where you can pick it up.
As most parcels will reach their destination within 7 days, we are unable to answer queries on your delivery before this time. If this time has passed and you have still not received your parcel, please contact Customer Service remembering to include your order number within your message as this will help us speed up the search for your order.
If we are unable to locate your parcel, we will send you a ‘Missing Parcel Claim Form’ to sign and return which will act as a declaration of your claim. Upon receipt of your declaration, we will investigate the claim and advise you of the outcome within 5 working days. If appropriate, a refund will be issued to you.
