Can you help me with my promo code?

In order to use your discount code, please type your code into the “Discount Codes” box that will appear in your shopping basket beneath your items. Make sure you enter the code exactly as it appears, checking for case sensitive letters. Once you have entered the code, click on apply. You’ll be able to check that your total has been discounted on the right hand side.

You must enter the Discount Code when you are on the Basket page before you checkout as it cannot be applied later.

If your code does not work, please check:

  • That the discount code has not been used before as codes can only be used once.
  • As our discount codes vary, so do our terms and conditions. Codes may only be valid on certain items and the majority of our codes have an expiry date. You should be able to check the terms and conditions from the same place you go the code.

How can I pay for my order?

In order to pay for your order, you can use any of the payment types listed below:

We take your security very seriously; therefore, our payments are powered by World Pay. We also take fraud very seriously so all credit and debit card holders are subject to validation and authorisation by us, World Pay and the card issuer.

Do you offer a discount for students?

Unfortunately we do not offer a student discount. However, as we keep our prices competitive for everyone, if you wish to bulk buy items then please contact us.

How do I use my gift voucher to pay for an order?

At the moment, we can only accept payment by all major debit and credit cards as well as PayPal. We have been listening to our customer’s feedback and this is something we are working towards.

When will my account be charged for my trespass order?

Once your card has been authorised, payment will be taken immediately and you will receive an email confirming that your order has been successful.

If we are unable to process your order we will email you. Please remember, payment is subject to authorisation.

How can I purchase a gift voucher?

To purchase a gift voucher, please visit your local Trespass store. You can find where your nearest store is here.

Gift vouchers are unable to be bought online. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

How do I use PayPal to pay for my order?

To pay using PayPal, you will firstly need to set up account on the PayPal website. This service is free and only takes minutes to set up.

Once your account has been set up, click PayPal on the payment page and you will be redirected.
